I built the whole thing: the public website, the online booking families use to reserve sessions, and the private admin system the practice runs on day to day. Three systems, one business, built end to end by one person.
The website
A full public website for the practice, the front door for new families looking for support.
The booking system
Online booking for therapy sessions. Families see real availability and book the time that suits, with confirmations and reminders handled for them.
The admin system
A private system to manage clients, schedules and the day-to-day running of the practice, with its own secure login and two-factor sign-in.
